Chat Transcript Forwarding
Your visitors can now receive their entire chat transcript
by email once the chat has ended. |
In the admin area, enable the transcript

Customer Survey (Pre-chat, Exit and Offline)
With the ‘Pre Chat Survey’ and ‘Exit
Survey’, you can gather customer information before
you chat and get feedback from your visitors on the service
they received. While Customer Service Representatives are
offline, the "Offline Survey" can be activated
to address customer needs. |

Note that the licensing system in LivePerson is based on concurrent
operators. One seat enables one concurrent operator and unlimited
chats.
We will provide you with a new LivePerson account number
and a link to download the latest LivePerson software.
You will replace the HumanClick tag in your Web pages with
the LivePerson tags.
Your canned responses will be automatically transfered to
your new LivePerson account.
Your visitors' history will
be not be migrated to your new account.
Our Online Sales executives will provide you with a new
account number and guide you through all the steps of
the migration. If you are not
currently chatting with one of our Online Sales Executive,
please click on the "Chat Live " button at the left
of the page.
