How it works

The RPD™ Engine constantly scrutinizes the Internet as a whole, immediately identifying spam outbreaks by their volume and speed of distribution. New spam patterns are immediately added to the database of spam outbreaks. LivePerson protects its customers by matching incoming messages against the spam outbreak database in real-time.

In addition to the anti-spam protection provided by the RPD™ Engine, customers can create custom spam policy based on black/white list of email addresses.
