Robert LoCascioChief Executive Officer and Chairman

As the founder of LivePerson, Robert is the guiding force behind the company's vision to bring dependable, real-time sales support and customer service to the online businesses. With a background in interactive media and a track record of building successful, new business ventures, Robert brings to LivePerson a unique blend of technological and business expertise. He was named a finalist for the Metro New York Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 Award.

Prior to LivePerson, Robert was the founder and CEO of IKON. IKON developed public kiosks for college campuses that integrated interactive video features with advertising and commerce capabilities. IKON's advertising clients included Citibank and Northwest Airlines. In 1995, Robert sold IKON to a leading college marketing firm and started Sybarite Interactive, a real-time chat technology component to serve as a customer service tool. Sybarite built a Web-based community named TOWN for companies such as Xerox and TRW. The inception of the LivePerson product came from the real-time chat technology within TOWN.

Robert holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola College.

Tim BixbyPresident and Chief Financial Officer

Tim brings to LivePerson extensive experience in financial, administrative and legal operations from the entertainment and financial services industries. As President and Chief Financial Officer, Tim is responsible for the financial, operational and administrative procedures of the company.

Prior to joining LivePerson, Tim was Vice President of Finance for Universal Music & Video Distribution, a $3.5 billion manufacturer and distributor of recorded music and video products. In this role, Tim was responsible for all internal financial operations, third-party distribution deals and strategic business development. Previously, Tim developed operational business improvements as part of Universal Music Group's business development group, and spent several years performing M&A financial analysis with Credit Suisse/First Boston.

Tim holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.

Eli CampoExecutive Vice President and GM, Technology Operations - Israel

Eli oversees LivePerson's Israel-based customer support and R&D groups and is responsible for ensuring that the company's infrastructure scales to meet the demands of future growth.

Prior to LivePerson, Eli was general manager of eBay's Israel operations, leading the company's R&D and product catalog operations centers in Israel. He joined eBay through the acquisition of Shopping.com, where he began in 2001 as SVP Engineering and Operations and was instrumental in growing the company from start-up to a public company with over $150 million in revenue. Eli also served as co-CEO of EarthNoise, a video file-sharing site, and held several positions of increasing responsibility at NCC from 1993 to 2000.

Eli holds a B.A. with honors in physics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Jim DicsoExecutive Vice President, Sales & Service

Jim is in charge of delivering LivePerson's expanded, on-demand service offerings to both new and existing markets. In addition to overseeing and expanding the company's direct sales force, his responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining structured sales processes to achieve aggressive growth initiatives.

Jim previously served as Director of Sales for the Northeast U.S., Canada, and the Federal Government at Witness Systems, a leading global provider of performance optimization software and services. His experience also includes senior positions with PTC Systems, where he was the Vice President of Sales for New Markets/Europe, and Xerox Corporation.

Stephen R. DoutyExecutive Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Steve is responsible for marketing and business development at LivePerson, which includes oversight of product marketing, corporate communications, lead generation and channel partners, and business development activity.

Previously, Steve served as Executive Vice President for nGenera Corporation, where he led marketing, product development and engineering, and was a core member of the team that raised $70 million in venture capital funding, and completed five strategic acquisitions over an 18-month period. Prior to nGenera, he founded two web-based software companies, including Octopus, Inc., an award-winning, scalable content aggregation service which was sold to Ask Jeeves in 2002. Steve has also held executive positions at Hotmail, Microsoft, Tricord Systems and AT&T Paradyne. He holds a B.A. in Math and Computer Science from Dartmouth College.

Peter K. PhillipsExecutive Vice President

Peter is responsible for driving the development of new interactive offerings and data-driven initiatives at LivePerson, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the consumer business.

Prior to LivePerson, Peter served as a Senior Vice President at Weight Watchers International, Inc., where he was responsible for the continued growth and development of the company’s $200M online division, WeightWatchers.com. He managed all facets of the US website as well as seven other global subscription sites and his areas of oversight included product development and management, creative, content, ad sales, customer service, business intelligence, acquisition and retention. Prior to Weight Watchers, Peter was the Vice President of Product Development at Fandango, Inc., where he led the strategic planning, development, and ongoing management of all product-related initiatives. He oversaw the company's award-winning website, Fandango.com, Fandango's voice recognition service (1-800-FANDANGO), its TiVo application, and all mobile initiatives. He was also a member of the executive team that helped lead its sale to Comcast Interactive Media in 2007. Peter has also held marketing and advertising positions at Lineup.com and Paramount Pictures Corporation. He holds a BA in Psychology from Rice University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Monica GreenbergSenior Vice President, Business Affairs and General Counsel

Monica oversees LivePerson's legal affairs and is responsible for a wide variety of corporate and strategic matters. Monica brings to LivePerson extensive legal experience in the technology and Internet industries. Prior to joining LivePerson, Monica served as Vice President, General Counsel of Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of speech recognition software. Previously, Monica was associated with the law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, NY.

Monica holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she was a member of the Boston University Law Review, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael KovachSenior Vice President, Corporate Controller

Michael oversees LivePerson's finance, accounting and tax functions. He has more than 17 years of financial, operating and public accounting experience.

Prior to joining LivePerson in 1999, Michael held the position of controller for DualStar Technologies Corp., a leading, publicly-traded mechanical contractor in New York. He was also a senior accountant in Grant Thornton's audit practice. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
